Cancellation Policy

At Sweep Zone, we aim to provide reliable, professional services for all industrial, commercial, and large-scale properties. To help us manage staff, equipment, and schedules, please follow our booking policies. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed by Sweep Zone. You will receive an email or phone confirmation within 24 hours. Large or complex jobs may require additional review to allocate the right resources. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to adjust your booking. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up without notice, a 50% no-show fee applies. This ensures our team’s time and resources are respected. Add-Ons & Special Requests: Please request any add-ons (Surface Sealing/Protection, Graffiti Removal, Eco-Friendly Detergent) at the time of booking. Adding services later may require adjustments and extra fees. Safety & Access: Clients must provide safe, clear access to all areas. Sweep Zone is not responsible for delays or damage caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or partial services follow the above rules. Special circumstances can be discussed with our team. Booking with Sweep Zone means you agree to this policy.
